You can change the background of the image. Within the layers, you can use white, checkered light, or checkered dark backgrounds. I've been using ibisPaint for about a year (After using PixelLab, a text editing app that isn't for drawers, for the 6 years beforehand), It's useful for customization.

I expect an opening theme to play during this.
I'm kind of thinking We Are from One Piece or Pokémon World from the Orange Islands, Because either fit during this.

I do think regulators will probably challenge it in court. I've seen something like this before with Microsoft and Activision, and the CMA challenged Microsoft owning Activision at the time, and that delayed the merger.

Remember: if you want to make something, go do it. Whether through trial or error, Make something that you enjoy and want to make.

I wouldn't even be mad if they had fan service types of cartoons on Toonout. Indie animation is a medium, not a genre, and I feel that Indie animation could relate to ANY type of person.
If you want to make a kids cartoon, go do it. If you want to make a cartoon for adults, go do it.

Hell, I would actually really like something akin to Dinosaur Office again on Toonout. CollegeHumor/Dropout still has those videos on their channel, And all the 3DS kids are mostly in their '20s now.

I hope this means we can see more adult animation in the style of Dorkly like how CollegeHumor used to do it, hell, I would actually take into account another season of WTF 101.

It's okay to say that CGI animation has its own course, but 2D animation has its own.
I just feel whenever there is a 2D animated show or movie that is later animated with CGI, it looks... Uncanny.

I just hate how the internet is actively supporting David Zaslav by watching Cartoon Network shows on Tubi. Like, I get nostalgia and all, and media permanence, but Tubi has all these other cartoons, y'know. And there are services like The Roku Channel that also have those other cartoons.
