On the FSWA award show, I was asked by @andybehrens.bsky.social where new sports writers should start their journey. My answer was the same as it has always been. The place where I started myself. Reddit.
Where else can ANYONE write something with the guarantee that SOMEONE will read it?
Brashard Smith
Marcus Yarns
Jaydon Blue
Each back is a pass game weapon who could swallow up passing down snaps & routes in the NFL. Each is also big enough in this evolving era of the NFL, where sub 200 lb backs are carrying full workloads to maybe lead a backfield if everything breaks right.
how can rodgers and russ end up on the same team and be on hard knocks?
Recent impact of free agency on fantasy football positions. You would be surprised how little you learn about WR impact from the contracts they sign.

Very thoughtful analysis here.
While researching, did anything stand out regarding the increasing salary cap? Wondering if there might be a correlation to be found looking at % of salary cap...

How can I effectively use Reddit as a content creator?
Ask @coopafiasco.bsky.social or @colinmctamany.bsky.social

Rodgers agent trying to insert this clients name everywhere.
Sell window for Warren?
Judkins to Pit?
In my experience, the best way to get people to join and engage here is not to lecture them about other platforms, but to sell them on everything that makes this place great: moderation, engagement, growth.
But thatβs just been my experience as someone really doing my best π«Ά

That Caleb team looks enticing. Let me know.
Hes more well rounded than Gabe Davis in the same role. If he clicks with JA, depth fill in flex appeal.
Quick Josh Palmer breakdown:
-Downfield specialist, tracks over the shoulder very well
- Speed for days
- Hands are good enough, as is route running. Neither are special
-Absolutely checks the box for what Buffalo needed at WR
-Can still add a WR in the draft, but not a priority
2025 RB Draft class is weak. Vets sign deals.
2026 WR Draft class is weak. Vets sign deals.
Is what it is.
The Bears have shown us they are all in and getting the offensive side of the ball right, and that starts with the OL.
I am buying Caleb, Rome, DJ, and if they draft a RB im buying him too.
If they don't draft a RB, ill take Swift and/or Roschon for this year.
BREAKING NEWS
Rap: Sam Darnold finalizing a 3-year, nearly $100M deal with the Seahawks.
Ah whoa. Yeah everything is on the table.
Maybe that's better then if they don't NEED need him to be the CB1.
D Ward has some injury history as well.
Travis Hunter as well.
WR room with Hunter, Jeudy, Tillman looks better even if he's only playing 50% of the snaps. He might have a 40% target share on those 50% snaps.
CB tandem of Hunter and Ward looks pretty solid as well.

Hope you dig it, and thanks, as always, for the support!
If weβre hearing theyβll take a second, might just be a third and change
You know how they always say, Team X is doing the smart thing by locking up their key players ahead of schedule.. Yeah the Cowboys always seem to be the opposite. What's the opposite of smart thing?

Hunter at 50% WR snaps is Flex Worthy with upside if he hits that big play.
We need to stop talking about Hunter's snap share as a percentage of his total plays (i.e. 80/20 CB to WR)
We should be talking how many Defensive snaps he plays and how many Offensive snaps he plays.
i.e. Hunter could play 90% of the Defensive snaps
AND play 50% of the Offensive snaps.
I just got a new book from the library, thinking I'd make time to starting reading for fun again.
