Life/Art update:
Between an upcoming rent increase & a larger tax bill than expected, any time for personal art has temporarily gone out the window. I’ve been cramming 80-90 hour work weeks to stay afloat.
If my job has a work shortage anytime soon, I may open for a 2D Animation Commission or two.
the intention & desire to show others in a fully-rounded light cannot be faked, whether it's written, drawn, rendered, or sung, that's impossible without empathy. empathy is what living is all about. empathy is the soul & passion someone puts into their art, & it can only come from an open heart.
the art people choose to make is like a small window into them. even if it's a piece that's open to interpretation, the fingerprints of the person that made something are there forever. how they drew their lines, shaped their words, framed their images, sung their notes, etc.,
