Technically, yes, but I managed to pick up all the grammar and syntax without the pronunciation as a kid. 😆

For a long time for me it was dropping "to be" from sentences ("the car needs washed" instead of "the car needs to be washed"). I had no idea this was even part of Pittsburghese until a college linguistics course.
