There's a lot of systems in place that feel fresh in both the tower defense and action roguelite spheres, and the genres, combined with action platforming, really mesh well here. I'm looking forward to Mugigo's success and what comes next for the game!

I'd honestly much rather suffer through a replay of Persona 3 FES than have to deal with that in a modern JRPG of some kind.
Also, the graphical performance on the Switch 2 version is really problematic, especially when cutscene quality is better than gameplay quality.
Expanding a bit on this. I don't think Stories 3 is horrible, but it is trying to be a Pokemon competitor while having simultaneously the same amount and too much mechanical depth as that series. Plus, being unable to control your other party members is a dealbreaker.

I'm a huge fan of #VampireSurvivors, and I love first-person dungeon crawlers like #EtrianOdyssey and #ShinMegamiTensei, so this is right in my wheelhouse! Crawlers was a great time, and I haven't been able to put it down, it's so fun! I just hope my progress carries over to the full release...
