(but long story short, i'm very excited, and i hope i can pull it off before the deadline!! i have a lot of art to do, and well, seeking for music now takes me more time since i try my best to verify the tracks selected aren't AI-generated, but I think I'm really proud of this story!!)
(also, i'm not a wholesome writer, but usually, in terms of VN, I'm not an edgy one either; this one is on the edgier side NGL lmaooo but you guys will see when/if you will, and now it's time to shut my mouth, go to bed and resume working on it tomorrow....)
(my guess is that, this time, i didn't have a strict outline; i had landmarks, but proceded solely with VIBES, so I ended up letting the characters drift me away)
(although ngl around 10% of this vn is written in French, so I expect most players to skip through those parts lmaooo, but that doesn't mean i worked less loool)
like it was supposed to be on the longer side for my games, but like 15k-20k words, IT WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE LONGER THAN RENDEZ-DOUG WHICH WAS A VN WITH CHOICES AND SIX ENDINGS DFVFDFCVB
and once more, i gaslighted myself into thinking i would make a manageable project (like it only has two characters sprites versus 6 for TDP last year, no VA this time), only for it to be above 35K WORDS LONG, making it my longest VN so far, and mind you, IT'S KINETIC *slams head against wall*
#NaNoReno2026 update: finished the script and started doing some art; for now, i can share the finished version of the cg i posted in my itch devlog announcing the project hehe

indeed, that was the idea of the dress when i designed it back in 2023 loool, to bring some red and contrast her hair color! but ngl, i think my favourite is the final one, yellow surprisingly looks good on her loool
