I use Fluffychat for mobile and it works pretty decent, haven't had encryption issues in months. But, I do only use it for one friend group at the moment lol. so maybe I don't have good enough experience to judge...
Sometimes this happens to me, but not often. I forget what must be done to fix this but it's gotta do with a "Session Key" or somethin. In theory, I prefer Matrix's encryption option over Discord's zero encryption, but new people can find it hard to learn, and then shit like this happens. sux
