Cute little adventure game with a great sense of exploration and progression. A few bugs, but I loved the art, music, and little bits of lore you uncover along the way. I miss when games were straightforward fun like this, no fluff.

I liked this expansion a bit more than the base game. The story may not be as... clear, but the Katamari gameplay definitely helps. Really, I will just take any additional Mouthwashing content I can get 😅

Very artsy, very weird. Plays like a walking (flopping?) sim basically. Not too complex with its themes, but definitely unsettling. Can't say it left too much of an impression on me. Love this art style though.

Extraction game that is just not fun. The movement feels weird, the monsters are straight out of some Roblox horror game, the voice features don't work half of the time, the levels are boring to explore - it doesn't feel like a complete product.

Very weird and not really that good. I liked the somber, somewhat melancholy vibe, but the exploration was not interesting and the story was disjointed, hard to follow, and ultimately boring even if the ending was somewhat interesting.

Cute little cleaning game with simple, yet fun mechanics and a nice comedic twist. I liked walking around, avoiding accidentally eating(!) people, and cleaning up crazy messes. It was fun, I just wish it had more.

Actually just one of the best fighting games ever made. Tight controls, simple, yet complex gameplay, seriously fun to play in multiplayer. I have gone back to this game many times over the years, still super fun - I just wish it had more content!

Another solid entry in the series with both great music and art - I love the detail in the backgrounds so much 😭. Gameplay felt a little more simplistic compared to the first entry, but still a worthwhile play.

Cute little Zelda-like adventure game with great pixel art and music, fun gameplay, rewarding exploration, and some really nice level design. It can feel a bit clunky to play at times, but I had a good time with it and would recommend it.

🎮 2026 Game #36: Highguard
It's actually decent. Gunplay is a bit generic and the maps are way too big, but the actual gameplay loop of back and forth raiding/defending bases is pretty fun for this genre. I genuinely had fun playing it and do believe it can be saved with a bit more work.
