Agreed 100%! There are few officials in this administration who have not shocked me with their blatant disregard for norms, precedent, truth and even the law! I’m not a doomsayer, but I can’t shake the feeling that we’re so far down the road to authoritarianism that we may not be able to get back.
You’ve encapsulated it in those three words! I guess once you’ve solved every problem in America and the world as the panegyrics of his cabinet secretaries would have us believe, there’s nothing left on your agenda but to pursue personal vendettas. Or rename departments for no good reason.
His cabinet meetings are like those in all the countries with authoritarian leaders like he aspires to be. He’s a doddering fool, reminiscent of King Lear in his need for praise, except that Trump’s amassing power, not relinquishing it!

You’ve managed to end joblessness even as you’ve eliminated crime in our cities, restored our standing in the world, ende….
