You do need backyard access though. Trivial on corners, best solution is probably semi detached with shared access space on the other side.

You really don't want to get the munchies and only have edibles to eat.

You do have econ 101 brain damage don't you? It's more complicated than that.

Over the minimum, not necessarily over the integral.

Probably, but it lacked political salience.

The planning issues in that period were pretty much all large developments. Council didn't really have control. They either folded to the developer or lost at the OMB.

It would seem your reputation is such that the world thinks this is just normal for you.

That is pretty much why folk clubs exist, audience singing.

You really don't understand the history of unregulated (not free from rent) markets. That way lies monopoly.

I believe you have mentioned how much you like singing. Are there any folk clubs in your neighbourhood? I would suggest they are good singing options (and many of them specialize in old, as in very old 🙂)

We agree on what we are talking about.

Recent events in the States illustrate why supply management is a good idea. I prefer a stable and safe supply over one with erratic price swings and temptations to cheat on safety (see bovine growth hormone).

My imagination is limited. What were you referring to?

The reason I referenced supply management is that there is a plausible case for the government to affect the price of eggs by manipulating it.

15.02.2026 03:57 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0

Supply management does not imply the existence of such a button.

It should be.

Reserve funds are actually capital budget for future years. You are correct that not spending the capital budget for current years is a problem. But that seems tobe a capacity issue, not a budget issue.

In general raising capital funds ahead of is cheaper due to no interest payments.

Bullshit actually has a technical definition. It is where the author does not care whether or not the statement is true.

Bill James notes that in baseball the distinction goes: He was talking bullshit so I knew he was a horseshit guy.
