Interesting take but Bitcoin records transactions between addresses, not people. Without linking an address to a KYC-verified exchange or a public identifier, the entity behind the transaction is unknown.

I think it is missed by an enormous amount of people how being able to invest into bitcoin was approved with the big beautiful bill. If you’re gonna hide the money, your laundering from a scheme like this, that is how you do it.
