Hoy recordamos a Kanno Sugako, periodista y militante anarquista y feminista japonesa. Junto a otras mujeres, cuestionó el sistema patriarcal de Japón y luchó para cambiarlo.
Fue la primera mujer con el estatus de presa política que fue ejecutada en la historia moderna de Japón.
