One more picture from this set of 4. The scene in this one, also from Super Metroid, is a lab room with computers around a big broken vertical glass vat in the middle. The computer screens are flashing DANGER in red, and 4 scientists lay dead in the floor around the vat. The frame is similar to the other images.
The last Illustration in the set. Here we see what happens in the game after Samus moves on from the room with the dead scientists. Through her eyes, on the other side of a round hatch up a short set of stairs, the alien monster Ridley, on of the main bosses in the game, holds a Metroid embryo which he stole from the vat in the previous scene. Red lights flash, coloring Ridley and making him/it look even more threatening. The frame is similar to the other images.

a dreary sky, a lonely grey concrete tower in the center. there are chambers on the base that a person can enter with stairs leading up to them
a brutalist concrete lobby, with nice carpet, furniture, and plants hanging from suspended planters. the lighting is warm and welcoming
a cavernous gallery room, with a high ceiling and artificial sun panels pouring warm diffused light into the room. there is a statue of a floating octahedron in the center. plants and vines hang down from the walls. the room branches off into other chambers.

I wrote a new CRT shader for #BlastEm, hopefully better than my old one. Simple and easy to modify. With scanlines, vignette and chromatic aberration. Perceived luminosity is good. Link gist.github.com/anael-seghez... (GPL code). What do you think @retrodev.com ?
