According to no history book ever we should certainly trust that our sensitive health data will be safe and free and accessible only to us and not at all shared or monetized or weaponized for profit. So sure this is all really good.
Because if there is one thing we have learned it’s that — let me scan the lecture notes — platforms are very safe and good for vulnerable populations’ wellbeing and safety.

So many people look down on them for their struggles without realizing they're just one bad unforseen circumstance away from the same thing happening to them

Alarms. But audit your alarms occasionally ,because if you have too many alarms, you tend to tune them all or many of the out.
And occasionally change up the alarms, the times or the sound so you don't get immune to them
Have a specific alarm for the meds and a pleasant sound
I would also suggest finding, if applicable to your state’s vote by mail rules, your local ballot drop box and/or county elections office.
Ballot drop boxes are a (mostly) secure way to drop off your ballot without having to mail it. County election offices will take a ballot with an appointment.
Also ADHD people in US ( & others) who want to keep their democracy vs allow GOP Fascist Trump to completely destroy it & the rule of law, should ASAP:
1. Get a passport if they don't have one.
2. Find, or order an official birth certificate

Reminder for fellow ADHD people who have a hard time not doing things at the last minute. 😩 This affects voting by mail but also beware of anything else time sensitive that you have to mail.
