Last year, I was paying like 40 euro for complete lunch for 4 (2kids). Complete with a main, salad bar, water, coffee/tea etc. 9r buffet style.

Not ordering drinks saves a lot, because beer etc. Either not served or expensive.

Only Spain can match that, barely.

Yeah, it is expensive here. But vacation in Sweden can be relatively cheap.

1. You can camp for free;
2. Bring your own booze cross the border.
3. If eating out do the business lunch. Either a buffet or even a menu with a salad bar, which also includes coffee. Kids half price.

Swedes do coffee black and in big quantities. De koffiepot met filter die pruttelt.

And they do afernoon coffee, the Fika. Coffee with sweets.
