Remember the 2005 FA Cup final, kids?

Without Henry, Arsenal played defensively against a mighty Man Utd .

In the rain, it went to penalties and PV4 won it.

Scholes missed and G Neville was in the squad.

Explains why he hated last night so much.

Brought him back nightmares.

Good point, well made. Had forgotten him. Maybe I should say attacking /creative players.

@arseblog.com #arsecastextra is there an argument that, so far, all the summer signings except Zubimendi have failed to move the needle or convinced enough to be real game changers or vital cogs?

Fully deserved in a talented field

Is there a better midfielder in world football than Declan Rice?

He's definitely got more to come...

The pass for Martinelli goal v City, league Cup goal, shot that led to Rice goal v WHU. Not bad!

Thanks. Done that. A bar on player ratings is great. But the last line of the text on that is unviewable below the red bar and on other stories because of a lack of padding.

On Android (Samsung) the top and bottom of articles is unreadable because of a lack of padding. Any chance of adding a line for each stories pls (also meant I couldn't open ratings from the app)

I'm off and running on YouTube!

Here's my first video and it's my analysis of individual performances during Arsenal's 1-0 win against AC Milan earlier today.

It was a match I co-commentated on.

Please give it a watch! (and tell your friends πŸ˜„)

Last season was Thomas Partey's best for us, but he's on big wages, is getting older & it's the right time to move on.
The fact that we have a ready-made squad replacement, a PL captain with bags of experience and low costs shows the club is planning more than some suggest

.... Which I also wrote for... πŸ˜€

What amazed me at the time was that the prog had the PHW statement the day after the announcement, which seemed very fast considering production times compared to now.

I still recall the glum PHW photo & the sadness I felt at Don's departure given his club links.

Loved this episode, Tim.

I wrote for the monthly magazine in the late 90s but your commentary brought back memories of PHW explaining why he'd sacked Don Howe, which for some reason, I've never forgotten.

Top work
