From 1st April, new industry regulations will come into effect which mean the flexible walk-up tickets (such as Anytime, Off-Peak and Super Off-Peak) you buy will only be refundable up to 23:59 the evening before validity commences. Same-day void periods will also reduce to 15 minutes.

Glad you like! We do have a toggle in the settings for folks who care about knowing whether they'll get a 170 or 221 - but yeah.. our view is that for most passengers they'll care more about the number of coaches and maybe the marketing "brand name" (Azuma, Pendolino etc) of the train if it has one.

We genuinely don't think that we would be in this position today if RTT hadn't shown that publishing allocations didn't need to be "scary" and provided useful information to everyday passengers; not just rail enthusiasts.
