It's brewed 2 hours away and the last I checked Newcastle is further away
It's been a while since I've had one ( last year) and I think it was £5.40 and it was on par with the pints in Belfast
The Beer Brother was in Belfast Deers Head the other week and apparently the Guinness is going up 7 quid a pint.
I appreciate cost pressures. But a pint of The Cack Stuff is still about a fiver in Newcastle Centre.

The Yardhouse - Tynemouth
- Absolutely tiny pub tucked away in a post office
- good selection of cans and I think they had 4 Taps
- they weren't strictly 'open' but the wee woman behind the counter let me pull up a chair and enjoy a can
