March is Nutrition Month! In celebration, our Chartwells Food Services team hosted a fun and tasty pop-up event at the Junior School. Students sampled a white bean dip with chips, while learning about healthy eating, fibre-rich foods, and building balanced snacks.

Today was Pink Shirt Day, which is a national anti-bullying initiative inspired by an act of kindness in Nova Scotia in support of a student who was being bullied. We celebrated the theme of "Sprinkle Kindness" by wearing pink shirts and having a Thrive Day at the Junior and Upper Schools.
