I am ok though. Been doing lots of doodles, struggling to adapt to meds. Big (positive) news came my way over the past few days though. I hope it remains a positive turn, I need that.
I thought it might be healthy for me to try to return to bsky and socials this week since I've had some positive turns, but forgot about the hellscape of the world still being, well, on everyone's mind and feed.
Not yet then. Hopefully soon, but still not the right temperature.
