Based on sprites alone, I he’s probably about the same height as Toriel. And assuming Frisk is ~4 ft tall and their sprite difference, that would put Toriel at ~6’9”.
For being a boss monster, I always imagined they were quite tall anyway, which matches with the 3d Toriel from the 10th anniversary
