Talking in veiled terms, I should be clear. It's always at multiple removes which can, sadly, increase the desire to Do Detective Work And Figure Out What The Origin Is and whoops now I'm the hairy clussy PI.
I have done this but occasionally run into the problem where everyone I follow is talking about The Hairy Clussy Issue and eventually I crack and take the bait and look it up using the search function, and I am Never Rewarded
I unfollowed that person and now I rarely, if ever, come across this content. So the next time you find yourself thinking, "this whole place is crazy! I'm seeing all this wild discourse or whatever?" just ask yourself, "who's reskeeting all this hairy clussy into my timeline?" and act accordingly.
