Pineda is probably the closest to a mission super burrito I’ve had here. Ive only had the California there once and the fries were mushy but it had been in my bag for a bit before I ate it so I assumed it was my fault.
I’m not the biggest California burrito fan though. Rice > Fries
Off the top of my head I know Pineda, Litos, and Orale all do them. IIRC Orale has black beans in it so not quite true to style.
