As far as wait times, it mainly depends on if we have the fragrances on hand or if we'll need to purchase something new. If we have the fragrance on hand we can get products out within a month or two. (also having art / name picked out helps)
As a small team of three, we're handling hundreds of requests, which means there will be long wait times, but we try to be very clear about that. However, we are actively trying to improve on communication and also expand our team!
When we first started, we were still figuring things out and weren't very organized. Honestly, we didn't expect such a large interest, but the first week we got about 600~ inquiries.
