3-panel SMBC comic update. God is talking to a pod of dolphins. He says "dolphins! It's me, God. I just want to say you've been doing great down there. Can I get you anything?" The dolphins reply that they want "more places to play, hooray!" The next panel shows God popping in to tell Noah to build an ark "because of sin or something."

I need to do a collection of just comics containing the word Hooray.

Liam's courier gryphon tentative look. He works as a long distance courier through all manners of weather and terrain. He also has a human form. Soft and known as a kindly gryphon, he's one of the few that work so close with humans. He still needs his equipment details drawn in.

It's not about one person, it's about the number of dimensions in the database. When you create a link between behavioral data and identity, every data element becomes available.

(What Discord sees is far more than what Nvidia sees, and includes everyone not on Nvidia hardware, too.)

And the moment that they know who you specifically are, they can "enrich" that profile with everything else data brokers sell (including your browsing history, purchase history on credit/debit cards, your income, your address, all the way down to what type of carpet you have in your home.

Nvidia cares that X% of PC consumers in <this income bracket> are currently playing <these specific games> on <this graphics card. It's how they price the next generation of hardware, decide which consoles to invest in, how much effort to put into their Linux drivers/which game engines to support...

When an account becomes linked to a verifiable identity, it multiplies the value of the other data Discord already has on you.

It's not the messages, it's who you talk to, which servers you join, which games you play, which hardware you connect from, how and when you engage with the platform, etc. It's not infeasible, *it's worth about ten billion dollars*. (See Microsoft's purchase attempt.)

This description over-simplifies it, but the main buyers are data brokers, followed by advertisers. If Discord can prove high-quality matches between usernames and real consumers who purchase things, that's far more valuable than the millions of empty bot accounts on Twitter.

Seriously my best one - this was challenging but also fun!

A crow whistles to itself on a bright winter day. It's scratching at the snow with its foot. It sees something blue and plastic sticking out of the snow and says "Hello what's this". It reaches to pick it up with its beak and yanks it out with a "shing!"

The thing is revealed to be a blue bic pen. The crow holds it triumphantly above its head. There is a magic light emanating from the pen which is creating a blue crosshatching effect on the sky.

The crow holds the glorious pen and the words "I AM ARTIST" frame the image.
