Habit stacking weights by leaving them on treadmill.
I also want to get a routine of other home workouts weekly, but just starting with lifting free weights twice weekly.
Would like a gym to deadlift in someday, but will be doing free weight Romanian deadlift at home.

Butterflies rest after wet wings. If you are resting and worried about being productive, rest is productive.
In all seriousness though, I want to start doing Romanian deadlifts with free weights. I found then on YouTube so I am starting today.
I was not expecting a workout at bedtime, but when I realized that my covers weren’t heavy enough I had to lean down and gran that baller up weighted blanket on the floor. I may as well have gotten off the bed and deadlifted it up. It gets so heavy like that lol
Maybe you’re not in between or stuck or stuck in between maybe you are just trying to figure out the best way to live your life just like moving around furniture every once in a while to get to the best room arrangement.

Winter reminds us to slowdown&rest.Even the trees lose leaves. Maybe take winteropportunity to enjoy yourself more,laugh more,play more.Maybe try not to worry about productivity and get some good sleep and rest on any of your breaks&downtime. Excited for changing seasons and for my new opportunities

Everyone talks about nesting,but no one ever talks about the deep cleaning of the house and wanting to change every single part of your life for the better and maybe even move to a new city or new country after you finally find out that person’s not for you that you started a family.
So idk if it was a misunderstanding because she used the wrong term, but still she should not been so nasty.
4I said no because I knew the “troop number,“but not the group number. Like Jekyl a d Hyde she went from neutral and helpful to nasty and said with attitude, “I can’t help you then.” These character limits need to be a bit longer ugh.
3 When I went to a CubScout camping with my son and I couldn’t find where they went because I went off and I was trying to get back I was asking for help and this woman said do you know your “group number?”
Maybe these people are just ordinarily rude and nasty but two instances so far I am pretty sure that this is what happened. I am also neurodivergent so idk if that’s part of it sure it is.

Same. I don’t hide it and try to be vocal actually so that if a womansuffers or knows someone who is suffering maybe it may help. I don’t usually talk about symptoms or my emotions though. Wishing you the best. Endo warrior here. I do want to start opening up on my platform though to help others.

If so, have one only. Then you relax few hrs day or all day before a family dinner meeting or something.
1Normalize“doing nothing.”Maybe read, watch tv, or playing with your plants. Whatever low effort things you want those are just ex of some I do on “do nothing day.” Can dedicate 1/2 or whole day or even all weekend. Not everything needs to be hustle. Resting is productive because your body needs it.

Looked like someone remotely logged into my computer and completed my first run mile since high school! Apparently all I needed to run a mile is to be scared I got hacked and someone was trying to steal my money from my bank account.
