Definitely blue. Fun fact, TTR actually made it even more blue in the v3.4.0 update on July 24th 2022.

I would very much prefer the real-time Laff to stay on Toon Panels. Is there a limitation making it difficult to keep this in the game?
Yeah, the party starts at 3am UTC, Y2K38 is just after 3:14am. Since parties can only be planned in 15 minute intervals, one slot earlier would've meant your party was finishing seconds after it happened, and one slot later would've missed the event entirely.
