Been with #USAA for 50 yrs. Just called them re fraud on my card. They wanted my PIN and some "secret word" before they would "authenticate" me. No hint. No idea what that word is. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told I'd need to know the secret word first. No way to reset it either. #ByeUSAA
