Nearly 7 months since losing mom and i still feel so stuck in this violently unhealthy cycle of get up work eat sleep repeat. I dont enjoy anything anymore and when i start to enjoy anything i violently shove it away cause i feel like i dont deserve good or happy things anymore.

Sometimes i sit there writing out notes to mom. This happened today or someone said this to me. I miss her so much it hurts.
