But I know a lot of people that don't and they will still be outrageously cheap on some things. (Shoes,car tyers, clothing ect.)

Ironically it's the opposite of your assumption. The only providers who can offer such pricing are those who are massive.
Hetzner is so cheap, because they own like 40 data centers. They own the damn electricity company, and they get better pricing when ordering 100k units.
The huge majority of providers who make such deals, deadpool within 2 years.
Those who don't, usually change their pricing structure.
You are aware that you discuss this with someone who runs a hosting business and therefore is definitely aware of the cost involved right?
Not saying AWS pricing is fair either, but the LEB/LET deals are 1000% not sustainable.
