β¨ They let you more personally interact with your audience. When someone comments on your story, it starts a direct message (DM) with you, allowing you to have a more personal conversation with that person β compared to back and forth commentary on a public post.
β¨ They let you track your insights better than grid posts. Even if someone watches your story for a brief moment and doesnβt interact with it, story insights list out who has seen your story. You can only see general data if the person likes or comments on your grid posts.
