Best solution is just to keep a Windows install on part of your disc in case you absolutely need it, as far as I can tell. I occasionally mess with Unreal Engine and doing so on Linux sucks so I just briefly boot into Windows

Highly recommend doing so, there’s a lot of pretty beginner-friendly distros and you can always dual-boot with Windows if you need it for something (I did this at first but rarely need to boot into Windows at this point)

my personal opinion is that jenny tightpants should post about linux even more because people are actually switching now and that is a staggeringly new reaction to someone talking about linux. anyways switch to linux i did it last year and now my computer doesn’t suck.

It's a level of apathy that doesn't even financially make sense especially because we've seen companies who DON'T have massively queer consumer bases try and pander to the far right and lose absurd amounts of money over it. More than apathetic, this comes across as just downright lazy.

It's honestly a bizarre move. Framework is in a sphere of tech dominated by minority groups and their supporters, alienating those groups in favor of supporting software made by bigots makes no sense. I'd imagine the average alt-right nazi is FAR less likely to buy a Framework than a queer person.

See the issue with this is that lot of people are Stupid Idiots who have no sense of tone and will use custom default reacts that indicate literally nothing aside from “I wanted silly image as my react :D” so you’ll have a serious post and someone’s default react will be a goofy image of an animal
