i’ll make a note to put on stream as well, but heads up it’s going to be a quieter stream today! i spent literal hours (i think four??) coughing up stomach acid, so my throat, mouth, and tongue are all still a bit burnt and talking is a bit painful. even worse, i couldn’t have coffee today. so.

good god this feels worse than i remember tho. can’t figure out if my throat is just extra shredded this time, or if ive grown soft not having to deal with it for so long.

i can’t believe i spent so many years just living like this. i can’t believe i just thought it was “normal”. gerd is genuinely so shitty and hurts so much, and i was just tanking this nonsense even though it meant i was barely ever sleeping more than two hours at a time. and always in so much pain.

i could’ve SWORN i took it, but… my stomach says clearly i didn’t lmao. ow. i chugged some pepto and i should be fine i think sobs.

i must’ve forgotten to take my omeprazole or smth yesterday bc i sure did just wake up to the severe pain of my throat burning while i choke on stomach acid 😭😭

for at least the next few weeks, possibly the next month, streams will be reduced to only two times a week. i’m cooking up smth for you guys, but it’s taking a lot more of my limited energy than i expected.

for now, streams will be on thursday/saturday. please look forward to it 🙇🙇
