My bill on safe storage passed in Senate for 4th year in a row! If you have guns and have children or prohibited persons present, you need to lock up your guns. It's a simple concept that will save lives. More children are killed by guns than by any other cause. We can do something to change that.
I’ve been working on this issue since 2020. Over the past 2 years, my affirmative defense bill was vetoed by Governor Youngkin. I look forward to getting these bills signed into law.

My Guarantee of Habitability bill just passed. It will give tenants a chance to stand up for themselves in court when their landlords refuse to make necessary repairs that affect the health and safety of the tenant.
My Equal Pay bill just passed through the Senate! This is the 10th year that I have brought this bill before the General Assembly. Sadly, it was vetoed 2x by the previous Governor. Delighted to see it moving forward again!
