I think there is a strand of Romantasy that promotes very traditional male/female roles in romance and sometimes romanticises SA (AND the fans get very upset when that is criticised for some reason)

I wouldn't be holding my breath- our (Labour) MP (who stood on my doorstep and pretended to support trans rights but was clearly lying to my face) has been posting about holiday makers in Dubai......and quite honestly that's the first time you'd know there was anything happening in the world outside

let's face it the reality as in the briefings will be boring and technical and bogged down in details by now - the initial "we blew this up and blew that up" excitement will be gone

And, the media is 100% complicit in this, the language that they have used to demonise and devalue black and brown people around the world while covering for the violence and lawlessness of rich white people and politicians is disgusting.

the other thing that gets me about Christianity is that it is SO abusive & controlling as a religion - like On Your Knees in front of god , "the meek shall inherit the earth" is literally saying "know your place"
