it's a pixel art drawing of a catgirl. she has red hair, green eyes, and a green bikini which is clearly a bit too small (leading to some nice skindentation). she's kind of sitting and leaning back. the piece overall is somewhat foot forward (see my last message for implied thoughts on the matter), and her left foot (the one on the right of the image) is closer to the viewer/viewport. the background of the piece is a dark blue (usually i do these with a transparent background, but I antialiased this one (sorta) against a dark background, which means it'll look weird with a light one. to avoid that possible issue, I provided the background for you myself).
