A review of the app Odio. 5 stars out of 5 Focused I had the hardest time finding my Motivation and focus for about a week, even knowing I was severely falling behind I was mentally frozen. I was so overwhelmed by nothing and everything at once that I couldn’t even open my email FOR WORK. I put this on in my headphones and not only did I catch up, I got more work done that day than I did in three days. This app stops my overthinking, and has trained my mind by sound. I had to purchase. Thank you.
