Llaima Volcano, one of the largest and most active volcanoes in Chile. It is 82 km east of Temuco and 663 km South of Santiago, within the borders of Conguillío National Park.

Processed foods are made from unprocessed ingredients through baking, boiling, canning, folding, scolding and yelling. They contain salt, sugar and various oils produced through crushing seeds (canola oil), fruits (olive oil) and nuts (insert reference to Alberta’s sedition-adjacent premier here).
Unprocessed foods are the OG edible parts of plants, animals, algae and fungi. Examples include apples, eggs and dirty hippies from Salt Spring Island. These foods are just how God made them, without additives like salt and sugar to make them taste good.
I would list examples of ultra-processed foods, but given how widespread they are in the North American diet today, it is easier to list examples of non-ultra-processed foods: organic lettuce, Fred Rogers and Waterton International Peace Park.
