Aha, I'm just checking out some of Sam's posts about it from last year.
Pop tarts won the vote and so became the product chiefly associated with supporting the campaign, reasoning that advertisers would put pressure on too for broadcasts to continue.
Save Our Sailors rang a faint bell as something I'd heard about in the past, and found archives of the old sites from 1996.
It was a 'procott' campaign, organising the mass buying of products advertised on broadcasts of Sailor Moon in an effort to get the whole show aired in North America.
Likewise, Timmy <3
Hey Val! <3
Happy Friday!
Heyuna <3 Hope you do too ๐
xD Hey Amy!
Nice! And yeah, one of my faves still too. <3 And yeah, that's something worth remembering, that as much as it sometimes sucked that JRPGs didn't get localized into English then, non-English speakers might be doubly out of luck for getting Euro language localizations.
From a '98 DOKAN magazine cover disc in crunchy 320p: a burst of one of the coolest OVA intros that totally feels like it could be the start of a Shadowrun anime.
Armitage III. ๐ฅ
Ohh yes, absolutely! <3
A crt tv photo of the Vib Ribbon menu with the snoozing bunny andd bubble options branching out for options, play with the vib ribbon disc, or your own cd.
Sending you some wireframe bunny themed greets, peeps. ๐ฅฑ Good morning/afternoon, y'all ๐
Aww, I like that one too. Same with Rindo's.
My oldtaku butt hardly โgetsโ hololive (I tried to get into it during lockdown but it wouldnโt stick ๐
)
But I do like pink gundam so that โSakura Mikoโ Nu Gundam is a must build! ๐คฉ
(She says at least aware that hololive branded anything will set her back triple-digits eventually ๐ญ)
War Hound tactical marines setup defensive positions, the Death Guard approach
Saturnine terminators and a Predator advance
War Hounds 'tactical withdrawal' from dreadnought
War Hounds vs Death Guard, fighting on a feudal world (it was that or unpainted L-shape mdf - for shame 40k players!)
#nerdlings #HorusHeresy
Wow, those saturnine terminators have such a cool armour design.
xD These are lovely little dioramas.
A selection of 6mm orks on muddy farms, with pigs in fenced areas
Some more orks 'n pigs! Objectives for the forthcoming Bac-Con Epic event. Set on 'Rynd's World' (can you see what we did there..)

A Japanese ad for a Game Boy Pocket with a classy feel as if it's aimed at professionals with a visible keyboard in the photo of two, silver and gold, and a fountain pen and mug.
The Game Boy Light - A tougher console that can be played for longer periods of time thanks to that all-important backlight!
Such a sleek design, and as with a GB Pocket ad I shared a while back, the copy promotes it as one for adults because of the less toy-like design.
A full-page magazine ad for Macross 2036, with a very cool illustration of Komilia Maria Fallyna Jenius in flight suit dominating the ad
๐ Bytes of Game Ads ๐บ
The legendary MACROSS returns! Serving as a sequel to Do You Remember Love, SDFM 2036 is a pretty nifty side scrolling shmup that makes good use of the PC Engine CD-ROM2 for animated cutscenes produced with series character designer Haruhiko Mikimoto's involvement.
The cover for the Genesis game Elemental Master, with a 90s looking dude posed like he's casting a spell while another giant hand from a monstrous creature reaches out from behind.
Brad never expected to wake up one day with magic powers. Now he's on a quest to save another world. Unfortunately, all he had to hand for hero clothes was his dad's old Tatooine moisture farmer cosplay top, a satin bedsheet, and some trash bags - and a pair of scissors.
Booting up... Installing... Welcome Back, Commander.

A screenshot of an auction for Klax on Mega Drive. It's labelled as Quarth (Crux)
It is the nineties, and there is time for Quarth (Crux).
What kind of character class/archetype do you think each of these evokes?
xD It sounds like it's a knock-off name ,but it was the name of their home console division up until the early days of the PS1.
New Noisy Pixel article! I got to review Ratcheteer DX, an upgraded version of a game previously exclusive to the Playdate handheld!
Ohh, neat! Can you remember the circumstances behind you getting one over an Apple or Atari computer?
