Put in an allowlist rule for those URLs in Wordfence (WP side) to skip

Clear caches, no dice there either. Finally last place... Htaccess was preventing it. Cleared out some rules and now it's working fine again

Sent cURL requests to both URLs and got the same. We recently upgraded security on this domain, so my first stop was Cloudflare

Put in an allowlist rule for those URLs to skip any challenges when requested

Basically, the RSS feed *was* working. All of a sudden, it stopped. I asked MailChimp who said it was an error on the host side (feed can't be accessed)

While on with them I checked a feed validator. That was getting a 403 error
