La valeur des terrain est un frein important à la mixité sociale. Il n'y a pas de zonage exclusif unifamilial au centre-ville ou au plateau (afaik), et la seule mixité sociale est dûe aux logements subventionnés, donc quelle est concrêtement ta proposition de mixité sociale pour ces endroits?
Le plateau n'était pas un endroit cher dans les années 1970, donc quel est le lien avec la mixité sociale? Je ne suis pas sûr quel point tu essaies d'apporter. 🤔
On sait que concentrer la pauvreté est une très mauvaise idée, et la seule façon de ne pas faire ça, c'est la mixité sociale.
On sait aussi que le marché, même très libre, tend à concentrer la pauvreté.

I don't think this is right. The % number in the first image seems to be the ratio of communauto users that use the service at least once a week.
For plateau, 26k is about 25% of population but for VSP it's 8%.
