Flying Officer Reginald Peacock, who flew Blenheims with No. 235 Squadron, was the only ace on the type. He shot down three Bf 109s, one Ju 88 and a He 115.
He died on the 5th February 1943, when the Hudson he was a passenger in crashed. He was 25 years old.
