Hmm, I pressed button 1 just as I went off the bottom edge of the screen on Cave Room Zero, which warped me back to the night sky except Sylvie is nowhere on screen and I can't respawn. Seems like a bug? I'll try again later; maybe I can reproduce it

One day I went outside to find my car had been broken into, and all the electronics (like my old portable CD player) had been stolen... Except for that tape deck converter, which was left sitting in a heap on the passenger seat.
Something like this happened to me in the mid-2000s... I had an old car with only a tape deck, so I owned a converter with a little plastic tape you could put in the deck that I'd plug into my old portable CD player. It was... Good enough at the time.

It turns out the link preview for my new game (check it out at daphnestar.itch.io) cuts the top and bottom off the image, leaving "legally distinct informed consent gender" which as a gender is pretty solid

So more or less the NES platformer era again? I'm here for it; I can't wait to play PopCap Games Presents: What We Do In The Shadows featuring a pixelated Lazslo Cravensworth platforming his way through eight increasingly inexplicable levels
My jam game is feature complete, it's been tested, and it's basically ready to go... I've turned my "juice file" into a wishlist, but everything on there is optional, so barring catastrophe I'm looking at a Monday release. Look forward to it!

I'm finished with everything in my "juice file," which means my jam game is close to release! All that's left is to finalize a couple of audio tracks and then it's ready to test. Sadly, "Arm?" didn't make it into the final product, but here's some game art as a consolation prize
