We were recently hit by a record-breaking blizzard (over 30 inches of snow) and noticed that the bike path at Henderson Bridge has already been cleared by RIDOT.
This is how it should be done — bike paths being treated as essential transportation infrastructure.
We're glad to see state leaders taking action to increase housing supply and affordability — and especially happy to see our own Mayor, @bobdasilva.bsky.social there, too!

Wow. This storm really delivered the maximum snowfall predicted, and we know many of you (us included!) have a lot of work ahead of us to dig ourselves out, and some of us are also without power.

We are actively aware of & are monitoring the predicted winter storm for Monday. Should the in-person event be canceled, we will communicate our plans with our members, including the possibility of hosting a virtual meeting.
As someone who regularly uses the bike path on the Henderson Bridge, I greatly appreciate this.
