Going to let the existing oil cure for a day, then varnish this and try to Go Grimdarker!

And I think it worked too well because it didn't really change much besides adding a bit of a grunge look. I probably should have added a little Van Dyke Brown into the oil slush to really pull the Grimdarkittude up. The great thing about oil washes is I can still go back and do that! /3

I finished the comic inking on the Shibuya Punk / Graffiti marine, and then decided it was time to grime. Hit the whole thing with a varnish and then an oil wash. The oil paint I used was strictly Ivory Black, because I wanted it to work with the comic lining tones... /2?

I'm working on a Cygnar Gravediggers commission for a client, and thought it was a good opportunity sculpt some themed bases to go with them. I made a few custom Insert brushes to move the job along, and I've since been making Basing Bits and other size bases from the same work.

I finished up a group of Custodes, mostly Jetbikes, for a local client. The minis on foot are just to bring up the numbers of a couple existing units. The gold paints up in mere minutes - airbrushing, drybrushing and washes - but everything after that is DON'T YOU DARE SLIP UP detailing.
