Roblox is updating the requirements to upload and sell certain Marketplace items.
- Publishing 2D clothing will require an active Premium 1000/2200 subscription
- 2D uploads for personal use will require an upload fee similar to 3D

Roblox plans to expand their San Mateo headquarters into two new buildings, Stations 6 & 7, adjacent to the other 5 buildings they occupy. The project is expected to complete in 2029, where Roblox will have an additional 325,000 square feet of office space and 5,000+ employees.

To unlock the messages, you'll need to complete an age check and be put into a similar age group as indicated by the chart below.
Starting today, if a #Roblox user hasn't completed an age check or if users in different age groups are in the same game, you'll see a new indicator that messages are being sent indicated by a π icon.

After community feedback, #Roblox has addressed some concerns regarding Dynamic Head parity with Classic Faces.
Roblox will offer a setting for users to disable facial animation in the Avatar Editor. Dynamic Heads will still remain the default.

Starting this month, anytime you make a change to your avatar, #Roblox will scan it to make sure it is compliant and not inappropriate.
If your avatar fails the test, it will be reset to a default avatar and you will receive a notification.
For the Developer Forum, you'll also need to be 18+ to use Direct Messages or engage in the Collaboration category. The Lounge category will be archived on this date to focus on collaboration and product feedback.
Starting March 18th, you must complete an Age Check (Age Estimation or ID Verification) and be 13+ to post, comment, and reply on Community Forums and the #Roblox Developer Forum.

By the end of February 2026, all classic Heads and Faces on the #Roblox Marketplace will be converted to Dynamic Heads with animated faces.
