I think the answer is 'No' and that true thought-leadership, i.e. where there's real verifiable insights and brilliance behind, is entering a golden era.
But thankfully imposters are going to struggle. Put that on as a net positive for the effects of AI proliferation.

AI agents have taken over pretty much all easy and mundane customer support jobs in online channels.
In doing so they have left the remaining humans with the messy, hard and complex jobs, driving up stress and driving down the breathing space the satisfaction of providing an easy fix provides.

Ending the week with my monthly mentor check-in on the teams project, I am working on.
Having a mentor as a sparring partner on specific projects is such an umder-appreciated opportunity.
Ending a week by trying to do a skeleton for a new workshop on founder motivation.
Being aware of your own motivation and fear of failure and finding ways to efficiently navigate it are crucial components for a successful startup journey IMHO.
Danish renewable energy giant Orsted comes to mind as a brilliant example:
5 years ago they we're winning in the green energy transition and one of the hottest stocks around.
Today they can barely stay afloat and have no pipeline of projects to boast about.

(1) At best you become a decent copy of someone else, never the original.
(2) Success stories don't stay static. They are a snapshop in time only.

It is actually quite fun to try and play ahead and use Garmin Coach as a personal strategic planning tool with different programs in succession of each other.
How do you keep at it? I am curious.

Next up: A new 5 km plan to bring the pace up to 5:15 per km from present 5:45-6:00.
Hopefully that will add pace and endurance.
After that a 10 km plan going for distance at regular intervals.
Total goal is 1013 km for the year. Confident I will make it if injuries don’t occur.

Evaluating phase 1 of my Garmin Coach enabled way back into running as a habit after a loong break.
Phase 1 almost complete: 5 km plan all about getting the shoes on and out the door 3 times a week.
Has worked perfectly despite harsh winter conditions.

There was nothing even remotely offensive in the comment. It just seemed like the algorithm didn't want the debate.

Final day of the DTU Board Certificate on Digital Innovation. After a 12 hr day yesterday, today is all about putting it into practice with a case.
Digital skills in the boardroom has never been more important. And come weekend, I will be ready to help!

Good discussion today on how to improve startup tracking in our daily work.
Tracking according to the KTH model only helps pinpoint where a team is now. Not where it should be developing next.
The first is the engine. The latter the fuel that makes the engine run.
In addition to all the other great masterstrokes:
Strengthening the rouble through unbelievable inverse growth using DonaldMath™.
People are still people. And people with no morals and ethics are still plenty around.
As are people who are prepared to help and not ask questions because of personal greed and/or ambition.
Some things (probably) never change.

Watched the first episode of the new mini series on Stein Bagger and the IT Factory scandal today. Quite well done and looking forward to the next episode.

Spending part of my Sunday finishing my assignment for the DTU Board Certificate on Digital Innovation course.
Even though it is only a small assignment it feels good to be at the learning side of the table again.
Proper education is so underrated these days.
