It's always
"I'll kill 100 men to save this country"
but never
"I'll suck 100 dicks to save this country"

Yeah but they are trying
Their approach might be hit or miss and they might not react good with rejection
But they are trying and in times like these I appreciate that
Are those some custom icons?
They look cool! ^^
Nah, supporting open source software is how we evade techno fascism
Do you want to live in an Orwellian nightmare?
Rent a Mac then
The slippery slope of accidentally creating zdoom
Yeah if you wanna have fun you'll have to be more flexible
You can do a lot as it is with the ZDoom engine but you can do even more by using external tools and then fitting things back again in the engine
You can still import back the models to ZDoom and have them play in a mod
Graf when he sees someone deactivating the bilinear filtering
it's doing fine actually.
You have a variety of Desktop styles , some Windows-like (Mint), others Mac-like, and Ubuntu with their own style.
Also Wayland is another style as well that some distros are implementing which is more flexible as well
Tbf if I was a computer and had to manage 6 displays, 5 sound devices and 2 GPUs at the same time I would break as well
I'm gonna have to move to linux aren't I.... not this year... dear god learning too much this year, but it's inevitable isn't it?
I hate this dude so much
Linux vs Windows
Mint vs Windows11
Ubuntu vs Windows 11
Hannah Montana Linux vs Windows Vista
Y etc.
No, the GZDoom -> UZDoom drama had YEARS of build up.
The AI code was just the tipping point but there where already enough problems with the main dev to wanting to branch apart the rest of the team
Can you like, save the structure as a prefab or a model or something and just use models ?
Yeah it sounds like you have an entire setup that relies on windows only software so you might be short on luck if you expect to not have any compromises while using Linux
Yeah, I wouldn't bet tho on microslop breaking W11 more in the future
I get it to, I have Linux Mint on my desktop PC and works fantastic, but I have an old netbook that didn't work well with Linux, so a stripped down Win8.1 has been working well in it
my son is sick
The problem is that they will continue updating/breaking the system so you'll have to re-do it and see if the tools for doing it are gonna continue working with the current version of the OS
Mint on desktop!
Well Nvidia drivers being hit or miss is a thing on Linux in general.
But I second Mint at least with old Nvidia cards like the GTI1030 works pretty good
I think the "Digital Art" part was important tbh

[Cinnamon] The most 2006 XP/Longhorn/Vista look I managed to get, but I know I could've done much more

Yeah that should be a sourceport feature tbh
Also I bit the bullet and got a SSD, so I can try out Linux.
Who knows, maybe it'll be great, maybe it'll suck. But it's defintely worth trying, if for no other reason than to avoid CoPilot and Microsoft's "no offline" rules.
As a Linux Mint user this is exactly what I want ^^
yeah
I have worked on making mods for GZDoom form quite some years now that's why I'm asking
I know there's "Screenblocks" as an indicator for hud display and I know there's a "Hud Scale" for SBARINFO/ZScript Huds
I don't know if both can be combined or if scale can be a keybind
