This build is light in NEW AND EXCITING CONTENT but it might be the biggest "we're gonna fix stuff" build we've ever seen.
That's it for my quick highlights from the dev blog.
And wow, they are planning to have the NASCAR Coronado circuit in June too!
A Summit Point refresh coming in June. No details on whether or not we'll get the longer circuit built since iRacing first published the track though.
Further afield, and not in the new build is the new graphics engine. They note that night lighting is an issue and will be better with the new engine.
Here's something nice: you can set favorite tracks and cars in the updater, and it will just update those items so you don't have to download everything when you're rushing to get in your league server 2 minutes before qualifying with no practice.
UI profiles! You can set your boxes per car or class. That's nice.
The Lotus 49 gets some attention too. It's rain ready as well.
GTEs get a refresh and rain tires, the Audi GTO and Nissan GTP get rain tires and fixes too
New Dodge Ram! And the current real-life Audi RS3 TCR car!
St. Pete coming in the new build, Barber refresh (thank goodness, now I can see that scary spider in 4k)
