I've tried that in the past, and just tried it again but it doesn't make a difference. It's been going on for a couple months and is very annoying.
The icon is in memory, when I mouse over it for the window it shows an icon.

If you have a Marvell AQC113 (or possibly other Marvel 10Gb Adapters) I'd probably recommend not installing KB5078127, it broke networking for me on 25H2 until I uninstalled the update.
I'm surprised you don't have a USB CD drive emulator, they're super handy for computers that will only boot off CD or installers that don't play well with USB drives (e.g. Windows XP). The one I have at home is Iodd brand but the zalman one I use at work seems to be the exact same thing.
